Steward's Solution is proud to have provided Singapore's largest ever pop-up restaurant and kitchen to the organisers of 4XFOUR. This event ran for a 20 day period from 4 – 23 November 2013, adjacent to Marina Bay Sands on Bayfront view.

Guests enjoyed a sit-down lunch or dinner in a fun and unique dining space and were treated to meals prepared by the following internationally acclaimed chefs, who took turns to present their menus:

• Tom Kerridge of 2 Michelin Starred restaurant The Hand & Flowers, recently voted Britain's No. 1 Restaurant
• Regina Santamaria, daughter of the late Chef Santi Santamaria of 2 Michelin Starred Can Fabes, Spain and Santi,Singapore
• Chris Salans and James Ephraim of Mozaic in Bali, voted among Asia's 50 Best 2013
• Alvin Leung of 2 Michelin Starrred Bo Innovation, Hong Kong and 1 Michelin Starred Bo London in Mayfair, London.

The kitchen, fitted with our commercial kitchen equipment, provided a highly conducive working environment for the chefs. Said Chris Salans of Mozaic, "Both James and myself thought that the kitchen setup at 4xFour was one of the best we have ever seen in a pop up setting. There was plenty of space and equipment for us to work naturally and provide our authentic cuisine, which is always a huge challenge when doing events away from home. Thank you for the great setup!".
